Meet Joana
I’m Joana — a 50-year-old woman who has lived through many forms of change.
Some changes I chose; others arrived without warning.
All of them shaped the way I support women today.

What guides my work
The many transitions I’ve lived — illness and recovery, moving across countries, midlife shifts, and the quiet strength that comes from listening inwardly and beginning again.
I’m Joana — a 50-year-old woman shaped by many chapters, many places, and many versions of myself.
I grew up surrounded by women — strong, expressive, determined — while I was the quiet one, observing, listening, and holding space.
Across the years, life led me into leadership roles, different cultures, and fast-paced environments.
For a long time, I adapted to a more masculine way of working… until I realised I had drifted away from my own essence.
My path has taken me through countries, careers, reinventions, and moments of profound pause.
I’ve started over more than once.
I’ve lived through many of the same transitions I now support — career shifts, illness and recovery, moving across countries, and the quiet transformations of midlife.
I’ve learned what it means to meet change with gentleness rather than force.
These experiences softened me, strengthened me, and taught me the importance of slowing down, listening inwardly, and finding coherence between mind, heart, and action.
This is why I created Luzia — a warm, grounded space where women can breathe, reconnect with themselves, and begin again at their own rhythm.
If you feel that parts of my story resonate with yours, I’d be honored to walk beside you in your next chapter.
